MAIN DUTIES FOR THIS POSITION:​​
  • Ensuring Walk In Customer Satisfaction by:
    • welcoming customers upon entry
    • answering customer questions about menu
    • entering customer orders accurately
  • Ensuring Call In Customer Satisfaction by:
    • having a pleasant phone manner
    • entering customer orders accurately
    • giving accurate time quotes for pickup 
  • Receiving payment
  • Bussing tables and light cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness of areas used by guests
  • Organizing tickets to be bagged & subsequent bagging
  • Running food to tables/vehicles
FOR THIS POSITION WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
  • Has a positive and energetic attitude
  • Can accurately record customer orders
  • Has the ability to recall customer orders
  • Possesses exceptional customer service skills 
  • Has strong organizational and time management skills
  • Is able to perform tasks quickly and efficiently following outlined protocol while unsupervised
  • Must have an eye towards small details that enhance our customers experiences
  • Must be able to stand on feet for duration of a 4 hour shift
  • And last but not least, has a desire to help us grow our reputation

  • Compensation starts at $15.20+/hour + tips​​
